.NET in JavaScript


.NET in JavaScript (or DotNetInJavaScript) is Object-Oriented JavaScript library (so only newer browsers are currently supported) aimed at providing common functionality from .NET System Library.
Currently there is only one Class available, small but useful DotNetString.

Fully Visual Studio Intellisense support.

You can use this library very easy, for example:

var dnStr = new DotNetString("Hello World!");
console.log(dnStr.ToUpper().Value);

var array = dnStr.Split(" ");

var isEmptyStr = DotNetString.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(" ");

Supported non-static Methods:

CharAt, Clone, CompareTo, Contains, CopyTo, EndsWith, Equals, IndexOf, IndexOfAny, Insert, LastIndexOf, LastIndexOfAny, PadLeft, PadRight, Remove, Replace, Split, StartsWith, Substring, ToLower, ToUpper, ToString, Trim, TrimEnd, TrimStart

Supported static Methods:
Empty, Concat, Copy, IsNullOrEmpty, IsNullOrWhiteSpace, Join, Equals, Compare
